Pestech appoints new chairman, group managing director


KUALA LUMPUR: Pestech International Bhd has appointed former chief secretary Tan Sri Mohd Zuki Ali as its new non-independent, non-executive chairman and Datuk Mohamed Razeek Md Hussain Maricar as its new group managing director.

Pestech, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, said Tan Sri Mohd Zuki, 62, was previously the 15th chief secretary to the government of Malaysia.

"He holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Nanyang University, Singapore, in a collaboration programme with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston,” it said.

In a separate filing, Pestech said Mohamed Razeek, 66, holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic of South Bank, London.

"He currently heads the operations and management of Dhaya Maju Infrastructure (Asia) Sdn Bhd,” it said. - Bernama
