PETALING JAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd
has acquired 59.12 acres of freehold land in Johor Baru for RM62.98mil, which will be utilised for a proposed development of super-linked homes.
Mah Sing said the new land will be named M Tiara 3 and will have an estimated gross development value or GDV of approximately RM463mil.
