Zelan CEO Mohd Ariff Abd Samat resigns after three months


KUALA LUMPUR: Zelan Bhd announced that its chief executive officer (CEO), Mohd Ariff Abd Samat, has resigned just months after his appointment to pursue other career opportunities.

Mohd Ariff, 42, was appointed CEO on Aug 12, 2024.

The PN-17 company also announced in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that its board of directors has approved the appointment of Shareena Shahril as the new acting CEO, replacing Mohd Ariff, effective Nov 21, 2024.
