Aneka Jaringan wins RM39mil job


PETALING JAYA: Aneka Jaringan Holdings Bhd has accepted a RM39mil contract from GDP Architects Sdn Bhd on behalf of Murni Lapisan Sdn Bhd to undertake earthworks, piling, pile caps and contiguous bored piling works for a mixed-use development in Pantai Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the contract will commence on Nov 7, 2024 and be completed on March 6, 2026.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively to Aneka’s consolidated earnings and net assets for the financial year ending Aug 31, 2025 (FY25) and FY26 during the duration of the contract.”

Aneka Jaringan said it does not foresee any exceptional risks other than the normal operational risks associated with the contract.

“The company will take the necessary steps to mitigate the risks. The contract is in the ordinary course of business and is not subject to the approval of Aneka’s shareholders,” it said.
