Willowglen wins RM16mil security project


PETALING JAYA: Willowglen MSC Bhd has bagged a security system contract worth RM16.43mil from Kandenko Co Ltd, Singapore.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd, will undertake the supply, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of hardware and software for the “security system for electrical facilities”.

However, the location of the electrical facilities was not disclosed.

The non-renewable contract will commence on Oct 22, 2024 and is scheduled for completion by May 30, 2028.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2025 to 2028,” stated Willowglen.
