RGTech wins RM25mil contract


PETALING JAYA: Radiant Globaltech Bhd (RGTech) has accepted a letter of award from a utilities company for the implementation of a hardware technical refresh project worth RM25mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, RGTech said the contract deliverables are for three years commencing from Oct 4, 2024.

“The potential risks involved in the contract are considered normal operational risks and are the same with any other works of such nature.

“The contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of RGTech.”

It is expected to contribute positively to the consolidated earnings and net assets of the company. For the second quarter ended June 30, 2024, RGTech’s net profit dipped to RM923,000 from RM1.24mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue dipped to RM29.69mil from RM31.95mil previously.
