PETALING JAYA: Solarvest Holdings Bhd’s subsidiary, Atlantic Blue Sdn Bhd (ABSB), has been awarded an engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning contract from LBS Bina Group Bhd’s indirect subsidiary, Suria Hijauan Sdn Bhd (SHSB), to construct a 25.4MW solar photovoltaic (PV) energy generating facility in Negri Sembilan.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Solarvest said ABSB would supply and install solar PV systems as well as the provision of operation and maintenance services.

The RM104mil project commenced on Oct 10 and works are completed by the end of 2025, according to the Solarvest statement.

It said the project is expected to contribute positively to its net assets and earnings per share from financial year ending March 31, 2025 onwards until the project is completed.
