Taghill announces key management redesignations

KUALA LUMPUR: Taghill Holdings Bhd has made key management redesignations in line with its future growth plans.

In a statement, the company formerly known as Siab Holdings Bhd said executive director Wong Yih Ming has been redesignated as its group managing director.

Meanwhile, managing director Ng Wai Hoe has transitioned to CEO, where he will focus on enhancing the company's operations and executing its long-term strategy.

"As we transition to Taghill Holdings Berhad, we are embarking on a new chapter that is full of potential.

"My commitment is to ensure that we maintain our high standards of operational excellence while also exploring innovative solutions to meet the demands of the market," said Ng.

The company received approval from shareholders for the change of name to Taghill Holdings, which it said reflects its evolving corporate identity and strategic future undertakings.

The name change will take effect upon the issuance of the notice of registration by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM).
