TSR Capital gets RM75mil project from SimeProp


PETALING JAYA: TSR Capital Bhd has received a letter of acceptance from Sime Darby Property Bhd for the proposed construction and completion of earth and infrastructure works at Elmina Business Park 2, Selangor, worth RM75mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, TSR Capital said the scope under the contract mainly involved the construction and completion of site clearance involving seven million metre cube of earth cutting and filling.

“Additionally, the project covers erosion and sediment control plan, the construction of retaining wall and reinforced soil wall, as well as main drain works and sewerage works.

“The contract is for a duration of 18 months and is expected to be completed by March 2026.”

TSR Capital executive director Lim Dian Ping said the project marked an important step for the company to strengthen its position in the construction industry.
