PETALING JAYA: Kerjaya Prospek Property Bhd (KPPB) chief executive officer (CEO) Joanne Lee Sor Phaik has stepped down from her position after just over a year in her role.

In a filling with Bursa Malaysia, the property developer said 54-year-old Lee, who was admitted to the role on July 13, 2023, has resigned “to pursue personal interest”.

KPPB did not provide further details regarding the company’s next step in leadership.

For the first quarter ended June 30, 2024 (1Q25), KPPB’s revenue almost halved to RM47.92mil from RM91.28mil in 1Q24.

During the quarter, the group declared a dividend of one sen a share, consistent as the previous corresponding quarter.
