Willowglen MSC gets RM42.84mil contract from Singapore’s Education Ministry


KUALA LUMPUR: Willowglen MSC Bhd, via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd, has been awarded a contract valued equivalent to approximately RM42.84mil by the Ministry of Education, Singapore for the design, supply and installation of security systems.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the commencement date of the contract is on Aug 29, 2024 and will be completed by Feb 28, 2026.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2024 to 2025.

“The contract is not renewable and the risks in respect of the contract are the normal business risks.”
