Censof unit secures RM14.64mil contract from Penang Development Corp


KUALA LUMPUR: Censof Holdings Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Censof Software (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has accepted an award from Penang Development Corp for the implementation of an enterprise-wide financial management information system (EFMIS).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the project is divided into two phases comprising the development and maintenance of the EFMIS.

The development phase of the EFMIS will take place over a period of one year from Sept 1, 2024, to Aug 31, 2025, while the maintenance phase will be for a period of five years from Sept 1, 2026, to Aug 31, 2031.

The value of the development and maintenance projects amounts to RM7.34mil and RM7.3mil respectively.

The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the group for the financial years ending March 31, 2025 onwards.
