KUALA LUMPUR: Binastra Corp Bhd
’s wholly owned subsidiary, Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd has secured a RM160mil contract from Dynamicz Sdn Bhd for demolition and main building works.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Binastra, formerly Comintel Corp Bhd
, stated the contract requires the demolition and construction of a proposed development with four office floors (560 units), one facilities floor, a service area for two basements levels, and lifts with lobbies from the ground to the third floor at a site in Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya.
The contract is set to commence on Aug 2, 2024, and is scheduled for completion by July 30, 2026.
The contract is expected to provide an additional income stream for the group over the next three financial years, Binastra added.
“With the addition of this new contract, the group’s total outstanding order book now stands at RM2.2bil, ensuring a strong pipeline of projects and steady revenue in the coming years,” its managing director Datuk Jackson Tan Kak Seng said.
