KUALA LUMPUR: Haily Group Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Haily Construction Sdn Bhd has secured a RM76.65mil contract from Razin Architects Sdn Bhd on behalf of Kews Senibong Sdn Bhd for the construction of 171 link houses in Pulai, Johor Bahru.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said the project would be divided into two phases.

Works for Phase 1A will commence on July 16, 2024 and be completed on March 15, 2025, while works for Phase 1B will begin within nine months from the commencement date of Phase 1A, to be completed within 22 months.

"The Board expects the LA to contribute positively to the Haily group’s earnings and net assets over the duration of the project, assuming no material delay in the timing," it said.
