Tafi Industries wins RM207.5mil contract for Setia Alam development


KUALA LUMPUR: Tafi Industries Bhd has secured a contract worth RM207.46mil from Armani KPF2 Development Sdn Bhd for the overall development and construction of service apartments, SOHO and commercial spaces in Setia Alam, Selangor.

In a statement, Tafi said its wholly-owned units, TAFI Home & Office Sdn Bhd (THOSB) & T.A. Furniture & Projects Sdn Bhd (TAFPSB), have accepted a construction contract for the main building and associated works and a construction contract for piling and project furniture construction works awarded by Armani.

The contract period is 42 months for main building and associate works, six months for piling works, from the date of commencement.

It added that the project furniture construction works were to be completed in nine months and subjected the said works to be completed not later than three months from the date of the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).

Group chief executive officer Datuk Seri Bryan Wong said that securing the RM207.5mil contracts from Armani would contribute positively towards its earnings from the financial year ending Dec 31, 2024 to 2027, bringing its outstanding order book to RM507.7mil.
