PETALING JAYA: LFE Corp Bhd
has accepted a letter of award from Kajima (M) Sdn Bhd and Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd worth RM14.68mil as the sub-contractor for air conditioning and mechanical ventilation and building management systems for the proposed Daiso GDC warehouse at Pulau Indah, Port Klang.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, LFE Corp said the contract is for 23 months from March 20, 2024 to Feb 28, 2026.
“The company does not expect any material risk arising from the contract other than normal operational risk associated with the contract, in which the group would take appropriate measures to minimise them,” it said.
LFE Corp said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the group for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2024 and up to the expiry of the contract.
