Malaysian Genomics to market 'GenomeCheck' testing services in SEA


KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Genomics Resources Centre Bhd has entered into a distribution agreement with South Korea's Dx&Vx Co Ltd in a collaboration to ensure the smooth market entry of GenomeCheck, the latter company's genome testing services, in Southeast Asia.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, MGRC said it will be responsible for transporting the collected specimens to the designated testing locations using appropriate methods.

It will also be responsible for the development and expansion of the market through vigorous promotional and sales activities.

DxVx, meanwhile, will commit to providing the necessary promotional and academic materials to support

MGRCT advertising and sales activities.

The agreement shall be valid from June 28, 2024, until June 27, 2025, which unless terminated by either party, will be automatically extended for another year.
