’s shareholders approved a final single tier dividend of 1.5 sen per share for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2023 (FY23).
In a statement, the steel and metal manufacturer announced that the dividend payment was approved at its annual general meeting (AGM) today, along with all other resolutions.
