Inta Bina wins RM199mil building job


PETALING JAYA: Inta Bina Group Bhd has accepted a letter of award from Sime Darby Property (Ara Damansara) Sdn Bhd for main building works for apartment units at Ara Damansara, Selangor for RM198.73mil.

In a statement, Inta Bina said the construction period will be for a period of 34 months from the date of commencement on June 10, 2024.

“There are no foreseeable significant risks other than operational risk associated with the contract during the construction period.

“The contract will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of Inta Bina.”

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, Inta Bina said the contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of Inta Bina for the duration of the contract.

“The group intends to fund the contract via internally generated funds and/or external borrowings,” it said.
