Ageson gets RM54.33mil apartment job


PETALING JAYA: Ageson Bhd has accepted a letter of award from R&C Cergas Teguh Sdn Bhd (RCCT) to carry out the sub-contract works for a 40-storey service suite at Jalan Terowong Sepanggar, Sabah, worth RM54.33mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Ageson said its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Ageson Kensetsu Sdn Bhd, will plan, organise, supervise, monitor and control all aspect of the sub-contract works in accordance with the requirement and satisfactory acceptance by RCCT.

“The sub-contract period shall be 36 months from the commencement date, to be notified by RCCT at the later stage.”

Ageson said the letter of award is expected to contribute positively to the group’s future earnings, earnings per share and consolidated net assets of the group.

“The letter of award will not have any effect on the issued share capital and the shareholding of the substantial shareholders of the company,” it said.
