PETALING JAYA: Carimin Petroleum Bhd
(CPB) is proposing to acquire an unregistered newbuild crew boat, named “Hull 460,” from Singapore-listed Penguin Shipyard Asia Pte Ltd for RM23.39mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the firm said the proposed acquisition was in line with the expansion plan of CPB’s business in providing marine support services for its offshore maintenance and hook-up and commissioning activities.
