Maybank services restored after outage


KUALA LUMPUR: Malayan Banking Bhd's (Maybank) MAE application (app), Maybank2u (website and app), Maybank2u Biz (website and app), and debit card transactions are back online after a service outage.

The bank, via its X account, said transactions are back online but card information is still unavailable.

“Kindly be informed that you may now perform your transactions as usual. However, viewing your cards information is currently unavailable.

“We thank you for your continued patience and support,” Maybank said.

Earlier, Bernama reported that Maybank’s MAE application (app), Maybank2u (website and app), Maybank2u Biz (website and app), and debit card transactions are temporarily unavailable.

"We are working to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

"Thank you for your patience and understanding," Maybank briefly announced this on X (formerly Twitter) today.
