PETALING JAYA: Haily Group Bhd
has accepted a letter of award worth RM109.5mil from Mandy Corporation Sdn Bhd for the construction and completion of a residential project in Pontian, Johor.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Haily said the contract will entail the construction of 332 units of double storey terrace houses and a double chamber Tenaga Nasional Bhd sub-station
Split into two phases (Phase 4A and 4B), Haily said construction for Phase 4A will commence on May 2, 2024 and complete on Jan 1, 2026.
Meanwhile, construction of Phase 4B will commence on Aug 2, 2024 and complete on April 1 2026.
