Uni Wall gets RM17.05mil contract from WCT

KUALA LUMPUR: Uni Wall Aps Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Uni Wall Architectural Products & Services Sdn Bhd has secured a RM17.05mil contract from WCT Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Uni Wall said the contract entails the design, supply, and installation of facade and aluminium works for the basement and retail podium for the proposed Pavilion Damansara Heights (Parcel 2) mixed development in Kuala Lumpur.

The contract is from March 8, 2024 to Dec 31, 2024.

“Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of the group for the duration of the contract and will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of Uni Wall,” Uni Wall said.

The group intends to fund the contract via internally generated funds and external borrowings.
