LSK proposes one-for-two bonus issue

PETALING JAYA: Lee Swee Kiat Group Bhd (LSK) has proposed a bonus issue of 83.9 million new ordinary shares on the basis of one bonus share for every two LSK shares held.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, LSK said the entitlement date would be determined and announced later.

The bonus shares would be issued as fully paid, at no consideration and without capitalisation of the company’s reserves, it added.
