KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Construction Group Bhd
’s (SunCon) unit, Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd (SCBB) has bagged a contract worth RM720.98 million from Sunway Lost World Water Park Sdn Bhd, in a related party transaction.
Sunway Lost World Water Park is an indirect subsidiary of Sunway Bhd.
The contract is for piling, earthworks, sub-structure and main building works for the proposed development of one commercial block, comprising a six-floor shopping complex, cinema, shops and carpark in Hulu Kinta, Perak, SunCon said in a filing today.
The project commences on March 1, 2024, and is expected to be completed on Jan 31, 2027. - Bernama
