PETALING JAYA: Reneuco Bhd
has submitted its annual report, for the financial period ended Sept 30, 2023, to Bursa Malaysia yesterday.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Reneuco said its shares would continue trading.
The renewable-energy concern has become a Practice Note 17 company and has 12 months to submit a regularisation plan to the Securities Commission.
Reneuco added it is formulating a plan to regularise its financial condition to be announced in due course.
