Edelteq signs two semiconductor agreements


PETALING JAYA: Edelteq Holdings Bhd has entered into two memorandums of understanding (MoUs) in relation to semiconductor design, manufacturing and sale of automatic optical inspection (AOI) systems and insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) module packaging machines.

The company has inked an agreement with Halo Technologies Sdn Bhd for a proposed joint venture (JV) to undertake semiconductor design, manufacturing and sale of Substrate AOI system Raptor 2 Series, not including the Wafer AOI system.
