Bursa to benefit from tailwinds in 2024

KUALA LUMPUR: Stock exchange operator Bursa Malaysia Bhd is expected to see rising tailwinds in 2024 amid expectations the ringgit will gain against the dollar while foreign inflows pick up on US Federal Reserve rate projections.

In a note, Kenanga Research said it expects the stock exchange to see more investor appetite in 2024 despite a disappointing fourth quarter of 2023.
