PETALING JAYA: Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd
has appointed Mandar Shrikrishna Namjoshi as chief financial officer (CFO) with immediate effect.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Cahya Mata Sarawak said Mandar, 47, will succeed Mukhnizam Mahmud, 58, who has ceased his position as the acting group CFO and will continue to perform his management duties in Cahya Mata Professionals Sdn Bhd.
“Mandar has over 28 years of finance and management experience in international companies/industries and his last role was CFO for culinary, oils and fats and beauty segment for IFFCO based in Dubai.”
