KUALA LUMPUR: Sapura Energy Bhd
has appointed Shahin Farouque Jammal Ahmad as non-independent non-executive director, with effect from Dec 15, 2023.
In a statement, the group said Shahin Farouque, who has 20 years of investment banking experience, brings with him the knowledge and experience in corporate restructuring, investment banking and strategy that will be beneficial for the company to build a robust debt restructuring and regularisation plan.
