Ranhill to pursue energy target


PETALING JAYA: Ranhill Utilities Bhd will continue to make strides towards realising its target of attaining 3,000 minimal liquid discharge of water, wastewater and reclaimed water treatment capacity by 2027.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said it will continue to pursue its energy target of having 1,000 megawatts of generation capacity.

For the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2023, Ranhill’s net profit rose to RM10.22mil from RM9.32mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue improved to RM609.39mil from RM433.99mil a year earlier.
