Wholesale, retail trade sales up 6.5% in September to RM142.7bil

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s wholesale and retail trade recorded a sales value of RM142.7 billion, a 6.5 per cent increase year-on-year (y-o-y) in September 2023, said the Department of Statistics Malaysia (DoSM).

It said sales value increased marginally by 0.1 per cent on a month-on-month comparison.
