Revenue Group gets online lending licence


KUALA LUMPUR: Revenue Group Bhd (RGB) has obtained a money-lending licence from the Local Government Development Ministry (KPKT) to undertake online money-lending activity in addition to its existing money-lending business.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, RGB said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Revenue Harvest Sdn Bhd, received the approval from KPKT via an online KPKT money-lending licence dated Oct 17, issued under the Moneylenders Act 1951.
