PETALING JAYA: AWC Bhd
has accepted an Islamic banking financing facility of up to RM100mil from AmBank Islamic Bhd.
To recap, AWC had on Sept 14, 2023 announced that it had entered into a conditional share sale and purchase agreement for the proposed acquisitions of the remaining 49% equity interest in Stream Group Sdn Bhd and a 51% equity interest in Premium Patents Sdn Bhd for RM110mil.
