KUALA LUMPUR: The anxiety over China's weak economic recovery and the prospect of yet another rate hike by the US Federal Reserve later this year sent investors on a profit-taking spree.
At 12.30pm, Malaysia's benchmark FBM KLCI was down 7.21 points to 1,456.3 amid a notably weak market, which saw 549 decliners compared to 290 gainers.
