Trading ideas: MyEG Services Bhd, Serba Dinamik, Zelan and Bahvest


KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks in focus on Monday incude MyEG Services Bhd, Serba Dinamik, Zelan and Bahvest, said Apex Research.

MyEG Services Bhd announced that the government has agreed to extend its concession as the provider of online services for the Immigration Department of Malaysia, and has appointed it as the collection agent for government revenue.

Two of Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd's subsidiaries defaulted on three facilities worth RM435.4 million last year.

Zelan Bhd‘s wholly-owned unit is being sued by its sub-contractor in the United Arab Emirates to enforce an arbitration award amounting to RM37 million obtained in December 2019.

Bahvest Resources Bhd has filed a suit to annul the RM20.4 million temporary resolution agreed between its wholly-owned Wullersdorf Resources Sdn Bhd and Southsea Gold Sdn Bhd.

Last Friday, the US market declined after stronger-than-expected wages reignited investors’ concerns over interest hike rates. Earlier, European markets were mixed after the US’ employment data.

On the local market, the FBM KLCI dropped 8.28 points or 0.60% to 1377.67 points.

"Following the recent lacklustre performance, the FBM KLCI could retest its support of 1,372 points," said Apex.
