KUALA LUMPUR: Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd
has secured a RM150.9mil contract from Temasya Development Co Sdn Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Fajarbaru said its wholly owned subsidiary, Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd has accepted a letter of award from Temasya.
The company said the contract was to undertake the building and related infrastructure works for 18-storey serviced apartment and retail complex in Seksyen U1, Temasya Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Selangor.
The contract is for 40 months from July 17, 2023, to Nov 16, 2026.
“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the group from the financial years ending June 30, 2024 onwards,” Fajarbaru said.
