KUALA LUMPUR: Citaglobal Bhd
has appointed Datuk Yasmin Mahmood as an independent and non-executive director effective from July 1, 2023.
In a statement, Citaglobal said Yasmin’s illustrious career spanned three decades in the public and private sectors, including a three-year stint as managing director of Microsoft Malaysia.
