King raises stake in Citaglobal


KUALA LUMPUR: Citaglobal Bhd has disclosed that Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah has increased his stake in the company to 7.967%.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Citaglobal said the King acquired 1.378 million shares on June 6.

This raised the King’s direct shareholding in Citaglobal to 33.26 million, or 7.967%.

He has been increasing his stake in Citaglobal.

He acquired 2.39 million shares on June 2 and 1.21 million shares on May 26.

Citaglobal closed down two sen to RM1.38 with 596,200 shares traded.
