THE unity government has made a decision – after five months of reviewing the SWN model – to allow for a dual wholesale network (DWN).

Goh Seow Eng, Maxis’ chief executive officer, highly welcomes the decision. “We wholeheartedly agree with the decision. The two-network model will benefit the nation, the telco industry and the rakyat,” enthuses Goh.
