PETALING JAYA: Pekat Group Bhd
sub-subsidiary Pekat Solar Sdn Bhd (PSSB) has accepted a Letter of Award from D&Y Textile (M Sdn Bhd to install a solar photovoltaic (PV) system in a contract worth RM29.1mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Pekat noted the contract requires PSSB to design, supply, install, test and commission grid connected the PV systems under the self consumption scheme at three of D&Y’s sites in Taman Perindustrian Sedenak in Kulai, Johor.
