Bumi Armada completes sale of the Armada Claire FPSO for RM88.9mil


KUALA LUMPUR: Bumi Armada Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Armada Balnaves Pte Ltd (ABPL), has completed the sale of the Armada Claire floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel for US$20mil (RM88.9mil).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Bumi Armada said it will recognise a gain on sale of the Armada Claire FPSO of approximately US$12mil (RM53mil) in its second quarter financial results.
