KUALA LUMPUR: SIAB Holdings Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Siab (M) Sdn Bhd has accepted the proposed settlement arrangement from YTB Development Sdn Bhd (YTBD).
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, SIAB said the outstanding balances owed by YTBD, a subsidiary of Yong Tai Bhd
would be offset with properties.
