Reach Energy slips into PN17


KUALA LUMPUR: Reach Energy Bhd has been admitted into the Practice Note (PN) 17 company by Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.

In a statement, Bursa Malaysia said Reach has triggered the criteria pursuant to Paragraph 2.1(e) of PN17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

“Bursa Securities would like to emphasise that it will continue to monitor the progress of Reach in respect of its compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements,” it said.

As at April 4, there are a total of 29 companies under PN17 and GN3 which represent 3.05% of the total number of 950 companies listed on the Main and ACE Markets of Bursa Securities.
