KUALA LUMPUR: Tenaga Nasional Bhd
’s (TNB) board of directors has approved the appointment of Datuk Abdul Razak Abdul Majid as the company chairman for a period of two years effective March 27, 2023.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, it said Abdul Razak, 72, is currently a member of the Action Committee for the establishment of National Energy Center since 2021 and a member of the Independent Advisory Panel, Malaysian Petroleum Resources Corporation since 2022.
