KUALA LUMPUR: Theta Edge Bhd
has received a contract termination notice from Institut Jantung Negara Sdn Bhd, dated March 17, 2023.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Theta Technologies Sdn Bhd, was awarded the contract on Feb 25, 2021.
The contract was to supply, conduct requirement study, design, develop/ customise, configure, integrate, data migration, install, test, training, support and maintain hospital information systems and electronic medical record.
“The company is assessing the materiality of the financial impact of this termination, of which the extent cannot be ascertained at this point in time. The company will make the relevant announcement in due course,” it said.
