Haily gets Nice Frontier building job

PETALING JAYA: Haily Group Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Haily Construction Sdn Bhd, has accepted a construction job from Nice Frontier Sdn Bhd, a member of IOI Properties Group Bhd, at Kulai, Johor with a total contract sum of RM32.66mil.

The contract is for the construction of 186 units of single-storey terrace houses and one power sub-station.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Haily noted the contract sum is on a fixed price basis and shall not be adjusted for fluctuations in prices.

The project is set to commence on March 27 for a period of 15 months, with expected completion on June 26, 2024.
