PETALING JAYA: Star Media Group Bhd
(SMG) has secured sales for its maiden Star Business Hub project (pic), consisting of factories and warehouses in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
The business hub, an industrial freehold development project by SMG Land Sdn Bhd, has received bookings for three out of five units so far. With a gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM130mil, the business hub is specially designed to suit modern business needs.
The deal saw SMG Land, SMG’s wholly-owned subsidiary and property development arm, on Feb 10 enter into a conditional sale and purchase agreement for the proposed sale of two units of double storey semi-detached factory and warehouse annexed with a one-and-a-half-storey office building and other ancillary buildings.
The group’s chief executive officer Alex Yeow said: “This is an excellent take up rate so early in the project, which shows how promising and robust the venture is.
“This is just the first of other exciting projects to come by SMG Land,” he said.
Offering one detached and four semi-detached units that serve as multi-functional warehouses, factories and offices, Star Business Hub enables businesses to centralise operations within a single building.
The detached unit has a built-up area of 120,227 sq ft while the semi-detached units have a built-up area starting from 29,863 to 31,740 sq ft.
“Star Business Hub is the maiden project under SMG’s new area of business, and the utmost attention was paid to ensure that from blueprint to finished product, the hub fulfils the essential needs of business owners.
“We understand that companies look for innovation and added-value features for ease of operations, and the hub is equipped to further support them.
“Business owners can be rest assured as SMG Land aims to be the go-to solutions partner in the property development industry, backed by the strong foundations of Star Media Group,” said Yeow.
Strategically located within the heart of Klang Valley, the business hub boasts 5.05 acres of industrial development surrounded by essential amenities and easy accessibility to major cities and expressways – connecting businesses to main airports (Subang and KLIA airports) and seaports (Port Klang).
The hub’s central location within Selangor also allows businesses to attract the state’s 3.6 million multilingual workforce.
Existing amenities located within a 10km radius of the development include shopping malls, hospitals, schools, hotels, and banks.
SMG Land invites investors to seize this early opportunity to purchase these strategic units and grow their business. For more information, visit https://www.smgland.com.my/starbusinesshub/
