SMG Land lays foundation with maiden project

PETALING JAYA: Star Media Group Bhd (SMG) has secured sales for its maiden Star Business Hub project (pic), consisting of factories and warehouses in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.

The business hub, an industrial freehold development project by SMG Land Sdn Bhd, has received bookings for three out of five units so far. With a gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM130mil, the business hub is specially designed to suit modern business needs.
