Lambo Group admitted into GN3 category


Bursa Securities said it will continue to monitor the progress of Lambo in respect of its compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements.

PETALING JAYA: Lambo Group Bhd has been admitted into Guidance Note 3 (GN3) after triggering the criteria pursuant to Rule 2.1(f) of GN3 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd says.

“Bursa Securities would like to emphasise that it will continue to monitor the progress of Lambo in respect of its compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements,” it said in a statement yesterday.

Rule 2.1(f) of GN3 is triggered when the auditors express an adverse or disclaimer opinion in the listed corporation’s latest audited financial statements. — Bernama
